• Home styling - We professionally style your house ready for our professional photographer to work her magic.

• Professional photography - Organise a photoshoot to ensure high-quality photos of the property are taken. 

• Listing creation - We create an outstanding online listing including the house rules, neighbourhood low down, local recommendations and also upload professional photos.

• Listing price - We research and monitor the pricing of the surrounding area and similar properties to ensure a greater occupancy rate.

• Lockbox installation - We have our trusted handyman to come and install a lockbox in a location chosen by you.

• House manual -  We create a professional and well-presented house manual for each listing.

• Guest screening - For every booking request, guests are screened first and are only accepted if they fit the client’s specific criteria.

• Guest communication -  We promptly reply to every reservation request and continue to do so throughout their stay. 

• Booking management -  We handle all bookings and write reviews after guests vacate.

• Professional housekeeping - Our highly trained cleaning and housekeeping team take care of all cleaning of the property once guests vacate. Only eco-friendly cleaning products are used and after the clean is complete, all touchable surfaces are sanitised.

• Stock management - With every new booking, all household essentials are restocked with high-quality eco-friendly products. 

• Welcome hampers - We provide welcome hampers that contain a variety of fresh fruits, fresh bread, and local products. Optional.

• Property maintenance - We have a great team of trusted experts that promptly deal with all maintenance issues that arise at the property.
