This package is for anyone who already has an existing Airbnb or rental property and no longer has the time or is wanting to change their property management. The ongoing package aims to support clients who simply want to be hands-free. We take a small percentage per booking calculated on your property type.

Package one consist of;

• Guest screening - For every booking request, guests are screened first and are only accepted if they fit the client’s specific criteria.

• Guest communication -  We promptly reply to every reservation request and continue to do so throughout their stay. 

• Booking management -  We handle all bookings and write reviews after guests vacate.

• Professional housekeeping - We pride ourselves on our highly trained cleaning and housekeeping team. We use only eco-friendly products and sanitise all touchable surfaces.

• Stock management - With every new booking all household essentials are restocked with high-quality eco-friendly products. 

• Welcome hampers - We provide welcome hampers that contain a variety of fresh fruits, fresh bread, and local products.

• House manual -  We create a professional and comprehensive manual for each listing.

• Property maintenance - We have a great team of experts that promptly deal with all maintenance issues that arise at the property.
